I am independent, with a healthy sense of my own worth, even when I am confronted with criticism and disapproval. I do not evaluate myself through other people’s eyes, and I am not sensitive to what others think of me. If someone insults me I am able to view their statements as opinion rather than fact, and I do not look down on myself.
